FAQ

[1] I'M READY TO BOOK! NOW WHAT?
When you're ready to book your wedding, engagement or portrait session, please call or email me to discuss time, date and location availability. Once your session is scheduled I will send you an email containing the details of your session. The email will contain the agreed upon date, time and location of your image session as well as a link to pay your session fee. Your image session fee is due at the time of booking. You can pay with a credit card over the phone or online using the link in the email. Paying your session fee reserves the time, date and location of your image session.

[2] WHEN DO I GET MY PICTURES BACK?
You can expect to see a sneak peek of your images within one week following your session or wedding. Blog posts hit the blog within three weeks of your session or event. Your collection of images will be available on your +site and in your PASS gallery four weeks following your session or event. Albums and specially product delivery differs based on item and season. Rush turn-arounds are usually available. Just ask!

[3] WHAT'S A +SITE?
One of the coolest things ever! A +site is a microsite completely dedicated to you and your photos. Following your session or special event you, your friends and family will be able to view your images within your +site and share it on Facebook with the click of a button. A +site tells your story. Shows your pictures. Shares your life with your family and friends. Want to see an example of a +site? Click here!

[4] WHAT'S PASS?
PASS is an awesome, easy and fabulous way to truly share your images with your friends and family. Your +site is a great place to view your imags... but your PASS gallery actually allows you, your family and your friends to download and use images you have purchased and designated for sharing. Don't want to allow downloading? No biggie! It's entirely up to you. Want your PASS gallery password protected? No problem! Just ask and your wish will come true. [5] DO I PICK THE LOCATIONS FOR OUR SESSION?
Absolutely! Your shoot is all about you. If you want suggestions I am happy to provide ideas for locations. Please know that some locations require a "photography fee" and you are responsible for that fee. There are also many great FREE locations. We'll chat and find something perfect for you!

[6] WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR OUR SHOOT?
Whatever makes you feel fabulous! There are really no "rules". Feel free to bring multiple outfits... but keep in mind that there aren't always great places to change while we're out on location shooting. Ladies... having your hair and makeup professionally done for your shoot is not a must... but it can make you feel like a million bucks in front of the camera and give you an extra boost of confidence. I highly recommend it.

[7] WHAT DO YOU CHARGE AS A TRAVEL FEE?
That depends entirely upon when, where and for how long I'll be away from home to photograph your special event. If you are interested in destination photography services please send me an email, message or give me a call on the phone. I will be able to provide you with a custom quote including travel expenses pretty quickly. Northern California and Southern Oregon brides: depending on the date of your wedding you will likely not be charged a travel fee. Please contact me for details.
